CUTTER SHOP LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (the "Agreement") IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUTTER SHOP LTD AND THE USER ("YOU" OR "YOUR"). PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THIS WEBSITE. www.cutter-shop.com (the "Website") is operated by Cutter Shop Ltd which will provide You with products. From time to time Cutter Shop Ltd may modify this Agreement. Accordingly, please continue to review this Agreement whenever accessing or using the Website. If at any time You do not wish to accept this Agreement, You may not use the Website.
Orders placed by 3.30pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day (if the item is in stock) by courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for next day delivery. Prices for different order values and different shipping zones can be viewed during the checkout process. If we are out of stock of some or all items, they will be despatched once we have received supplies, typically, weekly. Unfortunately, we may be unable to supply customers who have exceeded their credit limit or have overdue invoices.
Cutter Shop Ltd reserves the right to make an additional charge to cover any increase in transport costs occurring before the date of delivery. Any time or date given for delivery by Cutter Shop Ltd is given in good faith and is an estimate only. Risk in the goods shall pass to You on delivery of the goods to Cutter Shop Ltd's delivery agent.
Privacy and Security
Your details are not shared with other companies with the exception of CNC World Group Limited our associated business.
Returns and Replacements
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Any goods purchased online that are found to be faulty will be refunded in full if notified within 7 days of purchase and returned within 14 days. Goods must be returned to the Cutter Shop Limited; the sender is responsible for the cost of the return. Provided that the goods are unused and/or faulty then postage will not be charged on the replacement. If the customer orders incorrectly then goods can still be returned provided that they're unused. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders can be placed online, by email, telephone and fax and will be processed that day if it is a working day or on the next working day.
Pricing and Promotion
Prices are reviewed regularly and especially if our suppliers have changed theirs. If goods are no longer available, we will try to offer a substitute at a similar price and will contact the customer before despatch to check acceptability. From time to time we may offer promotions that have either an expiry date or a spend limit. Customers must ensure that they read the terms of the offer on receipt.
You agree to pay the price displayed on the Website for the goods ordered at the time Cutter Shop Ltd receives your order. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all prices and descriptions on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If Cutter Shop Ltd discovers an error in the price or description of the goods that You have ordered, Cutter Shop Ltd will inform You as soon as possible and give You the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Cutter Shop Ltd is unable to contact You, Cutter Shop Ltd will treat the order as cancelled. If You cancel and you have already paid for the goods, You will receive a full refund within 30 days.
You shall be deemed to have accepted all the goods on delivery to the address specified in the order. Save in the case of fault or material mis-description of the goods.
